Every Saturday from June 27th to September 19th 2020.
Every summer Saturday, after the Musical Fountains Show or before the Night Fountains Shows, discover or rediscover Château de Versailles Grand Apartments with baroque musicians and dancers.
The Royal Serenade in the Hall of Mirrors is a forty-five minute visit of the Grand Apartments at sunset, from the Hercules Room to the Marbre Court through the Hall of Mirrors and King's/Queen's State Appartments, with the musicians des Folies Françoises and the Compagnie de Danse l’Éventail.
Dressed in magnificent baroque costumes, the artists bring to life scenes from the 17th century court in the golden setting of Versailles: "The King's painters" (new creation), the rituals of the Court ball, the meditative mood of religious music…
THE COMPAGNIE DE DANSE L’ÉVENTAIL
Under the direction of Marie-Geneviève Massé since 1985, the Compagnie de Danse l’Éventail has been located in Sablé-sur-Sarthe since 2001. It travels all around the world and is recognized as an essential reference in the field of baroque dance; it develops two complementary approaches linking memory and innovation: one in the vein of the 17th and 18th century and the other with the design of original shows based on contemporary outlines and concepts.

We offer the possibility of coupling the Royal Serenade with your tour of the gardens for the Musical Fountains Shows or the Night Fountains Shows on summer Saturdays.

To attend to the Night Fountains Show (8.30-11.05 pm) after a Royal Serenade session, select a Sérénade + Nocturnes rate.
REDUCED RATE for 6-17 years old, students (upon presentation of the student card with your ticket during ticket checking), invalidity card + 1 guide for invalidity card, Château de Versailles Spectacles loyalty card holders, and 1 year in Versailles (solo and duo) card holders.

On the spot, at the entrance of the gardens, ticket for the Royal Serenade + The Night Fountains Show is 47€ (full rate) / 40€ (reduced rate).
