Every Saturday evening during summer, a fairytale two hours and a half stroll in Château de Versailles’s magnificent gardens, magically illuminated, with all the fountains playing and a grand firework as crowning point.
The gardens are staged to dazzle even further. Groves and fountains are decorated with a thousand lights, surreal illuminations, and wonderful bubbles. The Sun King's music follows you all along your stroll. For one evening time comes to a standstill.
From the Grand Perspective where you will admire the elegantly lit statues, topiaries and pools, to the recently restored Latone Fountain... From the Green Carpet vibrating in the light of monumental torches, to the Ballroom Grove where you can dance a few steps surrounded by thousands of candles... From the Mirror Pool where you will be surprised by modern water jets mingling, crossing and embracing to the lights of the Colonnade Grove...From the Encelade Grove where you will discover the buried giant to Apollo's Bath where you can admire the sculpted groups of the Thetis grotto... From the Three Fountains Grove where the fountains' rocailles and shells, displayed over three terraces will enchant you, to the aerial effects of the Water Theatre sculpture fountains... Your stroll will be interspersed with surprises and wonders.
And for a perfect ending to this evening, the Groupe F pyrotechnists – the fireworks magicians – will offer a royal fireworks display from the Grand Perspective.

We offer the possibility of coupling your visit of the Night Fountains Shows, with a privileged visit of the Château de Versailles Grand Apartments at sunset with performances by baroque musicians and dancers.

Practical information
The Grande Perspective opens from 8:35pm to 11:05pm and fountains play from 8:30pm to 10:45pm.
Music from 8:35pm to 11:05pm.
Groves opens and fountains play from 8:30pm to 10:40pm.
Final fireworks from 10:50pm to 11:05pm.
Stroll in the garden - No seats.
Regarding Saturday evening Night Fountains Shows, the drought plan has been activated due to high temperatures, which have caused the drying up of the water reservoirs in Jardins de Versailles: the Obelisque Grove fountain will not play.
