Enjoy the largest open air sculpture museum in the world to the sound of baroque music (Lully, Rameau, Charpentier, Campra…) at the heart of Château de Versailles classic French style gardens.
At a turn of a flower bed, around the corner from perfectly pruned boxwood or in a grove exceptionally open to the public for the Musical Gardens, you'll encounter statues of Apollo, Proserpina, the Marmosets and other hidden treasures. You can also admire the topiaries shaped by hand by the artist gardeners of Château de Versailles, using techniques passed on from generation to generation.
FOUNTAINS PLAY FOR YOU!
The Mirror Pool offers you its water show using the most modern techniques to the sound of Handel and Blamont. The sculpture-fountains animate the Water Theater grove, inaugurated in 2015. The high point of your visit will be the Neptune Fountain, the largest fountain of the gardens of Château de Versailles, display every fifteen minutes for a wonderful water show.
