Presentation

A fancy dress evening in the Hall of Mirror

Exclusive welcome from 7 pm (access to car park, cloakroom and ticket office from 6.30 pm). At 7.15 pm head for the Royal Opera for a private visit. Free access activities, sketches and demonstrations from 8 pm to 10.45 pm. From 7.30 to 11 pm, enjoy unlimited access to the buffet Kings & Queens, with tables and seats. At 11 pm, you will be invited to the Hall of Mirrors for a baroque closing ball. The evening will end with fireworks viewed from the Hall in Mirrors, as during the finest hours of Versailles.

When buying your ticket, please select two of the three following activities:

Dancing: dancing class in the Hall of Mirrors. Four ballet masters will introduce you to the moves and figures of the contredanse, a favorite dance at the French Court in the 17^th century.
Chapel : concert of sacred music in the Royal Chapel.
Guard Room : Concert in the King’s Guard Room.

+ a private visit of the King’s private apartments, Mesdames’ or De Pompadour’s.

THEME

The sixth edition's theme of the Versailles Fêtes Galantes will be The Royal Wedding of Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI.

KINGS AND QUEENS TICKET: Privileged and personalized VIP welcome from 7 pm, staged visit of the Royal Opera, free access to all sketches and demonstrations, 2 activities of your choice, staged visit of Petits Appartements, unlimited access to buffet Kings & Queens with tables and chairs, champagne and a dedicated cloakroom.

No copy of your ticket will be provided, so be sure of the address you left while filling the customer form (or ask us to keep them).

DRESS CODE: To preserve the magic of the Fêtes Galantes, you must come dressed in a quality baroque style costume and be wearing it when you arrive at the Palace (all guests must find their own costumes). No access will be granted to anyone not respecting the appropriate dress code.

You will potentially be filmed or photographed during this event. Château de Versailles Spectacles consider you abandon every appeal in case of use of those pictures for promotion of Fêtes Galantes.
