How to use gift certificates/vouchers?

Gift certificates and vouchers may be used to :

• Book your tickets online , by phone or at the ticket office.
• Buy CDs, DVDs and books online , by phone or at the shop.

The ticket office and shop is at 3, Bis rue des Réservoirs, 78000 Versailles - +33 1 30 83 78 89 Opening times: Monday-Friday 11am-6pm

They are valid one year from the date of issue indicated on the gift certificates/voucher. Gift certificates/vouchers are not refundable, not-extendable period.

How to find your gift certificate/voucher?

It has been sent by email right after being issued.

If you have an online account, you’ll find it in your orders history:
1. Log in on https://tickets.chateauversailles-spectacles.fr/uk/user .
2. Click on Menu > My orders.
3. Click in Order details then on Avoir/Voucher to download the e-ticket.

You can also ask the ticket office to send it again to you. Send your request at billetterie@chateauversailles-spectacles.fr or on +33 1 30 83 78 89.

How to use your gift certificates/vouchers?

You need the voucher code and the security code indicated on the e-ticket.

To buy online:

Once on the checkout page, enter the voucher/voucher code and security code and click Submit. If necessary, you can then complete the payment by CB or Paypal.

If you have not used up the full balance available on your gift certificate/voucher, it will be updated automatically. You will be able to consult it by downloading the e-ticket again.

 To buy by telephone or at the shop:

Please specify at the beginning of your order if you wish to pay with a gift voucher/credit voucher. At the time of payment, give the code of the gift certificate/voucher. If necessary, you can then complete the payment by credit card.

If you have not used the full balance available on your gift certificate/voucher in full, it will be updated and returned to you by email.

No payment can be made on the evening of the performance with this voucher.
