The Château de Versailles Spectacles label: already more than 45 releases! At Versailles, music resounded all the time and everywhere. From sunrise to sunset, it accompanied the important moments in the life of the Court, during dinners and hunts, for celebrations, in the groves and gardens, and at Trianon.
Today, music has regained its place at Versailles: thanks to the Royal Opera's programme but also via the Château de Versailles Spectacles record label.
Created in 2018, the label now offers some forty recordings - CD or DVD - made over the past two years in the most beautiful locations in Versailles: the Royal Opera, the Royal Chapel, the Hall of Mirrors, the Hall of Crusades, the Grand Apartments, the Hall of Battles. Operas, ballets, concerts, sacred music and organ, over 500 hours of music to enjoy!
